The passion for boxing

As an interesting anecdote, Franco Grignani was an avid boxing enthusiast, much to the dismay of his wife, who preferred watching figure skating on ice rather than the matches on TV.

These advertisements from 1954 and 1962 vividly reflect his passion for the sport:

In the photographs, you can spot the iconic yellow and black boxing gloves (a cherished gift from my grandfather during my primary school days), which were from the renowned Leone brand.
